BetTracker is operated by Tactical Teckel Studios. By registering an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
BetTracker is a bet-tracking and analytics service. You can record bets, track performance, view analytics, and manage your subscription. The service is provided "as is" within the scope we describe and make available to you.
You must provide accurate information when you register. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to use the service under the laws that apply to you.
If you do not log in for 24 months, we treat your account as inactive. We will send you reminder emails before closing the account. If you do not log in by the final deadline, we will close your account and delete or anonymise your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can prevent this by logging in before the deadline.
You must not misuse the service: no illegal use, abuse, scraping, reselling access, or attempts to break security. We may warn you, suspend, or terminate your account if you breach these terms.
Subscription plans, prices, renewal, and cancellation are as shown in the app. Refunds are handled according to applicable consumer law. Paid subscriptions renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We own the BetTracker service and its design, code, and branding. The data you add (e.g. bets) remains yours; by using the service you give us the licence we need to operate it.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer where the law does not allow it.
You can delete your account at any time (e.g. in Settings). We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection law.
We may change these terms. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the new terms.
